Provided by Stauffer's of Kissel Hill.  Click the image below to print/download the order form.  Orders are due by Friday, December 6th.  Pick up will be Friday, December 13th at 624 3rd St., New Cumberland.  Pick up time will be 5:30pm. 



RETURNING FORMS/PAYMENTS:

To submit paper forms along with cash/check payments, contact Jamie at the number listed on the order form to set up a time to drop off.

Completed order forms can be emailed to [email protected] and payment can be sent via Venmo to @NCYBA.  Please include your name and "flowers" in the notes field so we can easily associate your payment with your order form.
