Easter Flower Fundraiser: 

Provided by Stauffer's of Kissel Hill.  Click the image below to print/download the order form.  Orders are due by Friday, March 28th.  Pick up will be Friday, March 4th at the Concession Stand at Borough Park.  Pick up time will be 5:00 - 6:30pm. 



RETURNING FORMS/PAYMENTS:

To submit paper forms along with cash/check payments, contact Jamie at the number listed on the order form to set up a time to drop off.

Completed order forms can be emailed to [email protected] and payment can be sent via Venmo to @NCYBA or CashApp to $NCYBA, or use the QR Codes on the order form.  Please include your name and "flowers" in the notes field so we can easily associate your payment with your order form.  Or, cash or checks (made payable to NCYBA) along with your order form can be returned to your player's Team Parent at practice.
