The New Cumberland Youth Baseball Association is open to boys and girls ages 4 through 18 as of April 30, 2025. Because we are an independent organization and not affiliated with any national program, there are no residency restrictions, meaning any player can sign up to play with NCYBA. The Teener Division (ages 13-18) will still require players to live or attend a school within the West Shore School District, as the Teener Division will play as part of the Greater West Shore Teener Baseball League.

Our program is divided into the following divisions:

(Ages as of April 30th, 2025, except for T-Ball, which must be 5 before January 1, 2025)

LIMITS:

Families with multiple players will pay no more than $170 in registration fees. THESE LIMITS WILL BE APPLIED AT CHECKOUT.
