COVID-19 Update

NCYBA Families and Friends,I hope this email finds you and your family in good health. This upcoming Saturday was to be our 2020 Opening Day. Instead of getting decked out in our uniforms and meeting up with our teammates, we’ll stay at home and wait for the current situation run its course. NCYBA is dedicated to doing all we can to play baseball this spring. We will wait as long as we can before we make any decisions on the season. We ask that families hold off on emailing for refunds until we have made a final decision on the 2020 season. We will look into every option possible to holding a season- even running a modified season running past the normal end date of early June.As a way to celebrate our originally scheduled opening day, I saw a sister program of ours asking their families to show their support for our players by decorating your doors/ windows for the upcoming weekend. Some ideas would be hanging a jersey in a window or hanging a uniform up in your front door. Feel free to post your pictures of your decorations on our NCYBA Facebook page. Feel free to tag others in an attempt to encourage them to do the same.We will continue to prove any and all updates to you as they become available.As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to send an email to [email protected] Safe, we hope it won’t be long until we can hear the words, “Play Ball!!!”.
