Hard Work Pays Off

Each year near the completion of the regular season, the League's Head Coaches and Commissioners get together to decide on which players will be selected to represent the league in post-season All Star competition.

Although the All Star rosters are finalized at the end of the season, the actual selection process begins much earlier.

The Selection Process

Details of the selection process are as follows:

• Head Coaches and Assistant coaches evaluate all players during the season
  
  
• Head Coaches nominate those they feel are the best candidates for All Stars
  
  
• Near the end of the regular season, the Commissioner and Head Coaches for each Division meet to discuss all nominated players
  
  
• The Head Coaches vote on the selection of players and the rosters are finalized
