Team Picture Day is scheduled for Saturday morning, April 24th at Hillside Elementary School.

Pictures will be taken inside. Only teams (coaches, team parent/s, & players) having their pictures taken will be permitted inside the school.

Other teams will assemble outside. If it is a cold morning, we will let teams on deck into the lobby.


Coaches –

Please plan on having your team at the school, in full uniform (hat, jersey, pants, socks, sneakers: no cleats) 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Please inform your players not to bring their bats or gloves. Bats will be provided for individual pictures.

Please maintain order with your players - have them line up according to number and walk in single file.

Please instruct the parents & players that each player should have their envelope/s filled out completely and hand them directly to the photographers inside. Enclosed checks should be made payable to “Youth Sports Photo, Inc.” There will be extra forms available in the school lobby.

Picture retakes for absent players, or those unhappy with their individual photos, will be on Sunday May 2, 2010 at 4:30 at Borough Park.
